Seriously, Maeve Quinlan (aka Spencer's evil mom, Paula, on South of Nowhere) just keeps getting cooler and cooler. Not only is she a staunch supporter of gay rights (so, basically the anti-Paula), she also has a girl!crush on Gabrielle Christian (Spencer, on SoN ... the irony of that makes the girl!crush all the more delicious) ... and now ...
Now the Maeve has been sharing giggly, hand-holding, close-talking time with another statuesque, blonde beauty ... Kristanna Loken!
Whispering sweet nothings into the ear of an older woman ... Kris, you sly dog! That's okay, whatever you're saying Maeve seems to like it. I think it probably went something like this:
Kristanna (sultry): I'd like to Tweetie your bird
Maeve: Oh my god, you're so funny. Do me!
Kristanna: Okay! *laugh*
Also, apropo of nothing, I find it hilarious that the L.A. Times chose to use this picture with the title "PTA Mother". Sultry!
See, when they said that Shane and Paige met at a PTA meeting I thought it was a Parent/Teacher Assosication meeting. Apparently however, it stand for "Professional Tits and Ass" ... which, actually makes more sense for the L Word.
Because there's never a wrong time to share a picture of Kristanna in a bathrobe.

I know! That's the first thing I thought when I saw them too. Especially cause som of the other phots showed Kris walking around ancient markets with an older warrior woman. She's so the Gabrielle (after meeting the Amazons) to Anonymous older ladies Xena.

Nope, thank god. Although there is still another one of the those to suffer through before hopefully Kris parts ways with that hack for good. You don't need him Kris, you have Angela Robinson now!
The pictures are from a Mortal Combat series that she starred in a while back. I have no idea how long ago, but she looks pretty young so I'm thinking late 90s. I don't think it was on for very long, I'd never even heard of it. But of course, now I'd love to track down a copy of it!

She does! I did dig her hair in Bloodrayne all that much, but I like the cut and shade from MK:C. So cute :D
