Tamsin = Emily Blunt in My Summer of Love. A very good movie with an amazing, enchanting, sexy, dark performance from Emily Blunt. Totally worth checking out.

Servilia of the Junii and Atia of the Julii = HBOs, Rome. A totally kick-ass show that I am in the process of converting as many people as possible too. It is like one of my favorite shows on TV right now, with amazing performances, hot morally ambigous females, and some of the best dialogue ever. Not to mention gads of inappropriately sexy relationships.

Ava Moore = The goddess ... um, Famke Janssen on season 2 of Nip/Tuck. She played the number one sexiest transexual on tv (though she is closely followed by X-Men co-star Rebecca Romijn on Ugly Betty as Alexis Meade). Ava was sexy, charming, manipulative, and just deliciously predatory. Soooo good.

Lt. Maria LaGuerta = Dexter. Played by Lauren Valez, LaGuerta is a powerful, aggressive, smart, sexy sexy Lt. with the LAPD on Dexter one of the best shows to come out this year. The show is awesome, and LaGuerta is hot. Also, Julie Benz is a regular on it, which is cool for Buffy fans!

Garbo = Carly Pope (aka Sam McPherson) on Dirt. I'm kind of over the show as a whole, but I try to watch the Garbo scenes because Carly Pope is ridiculously sexy as Garbo. And has the honor of being in the best F/F strap-on scene I've ever seen on TV. Garbo is a drug dealer that gets clients high so she can sleep with them, but she's so hot you know they'd do her for free so you can still enjoy it!

*sigh* I love my questionable females. I love 'em!

I've heard nothing but good things about it. Damn girl, haven't you converted me to enough shows already? lol. Not that I'm complaining. You do have a knack for picking shows with beautiful women to stare at which is so of the good.

The goddess ... um, Famke Janssen

Yes, indeed she is. She totally made the X-men movies. As did Anna Paquin. Not to mention some of the (almost) inappropriate subtext between their two characters that was born from the movies.

Dexter one of the best shows to come out this year

Again, another show I've heard nothing but good things about. Goddamnit, I hardly have time to study as it is! That seems to be all I do now, I hardly get time for anything else and then you come along and have all these great shows. I don't know whether to love you or hate you someitmes.

Also, Julie Benz is a regular on it, which is cool for Buffy fans!

It's very hard not to. Females are generally portrayed as the domestic, the homemaker, the strong lead, the funny sidekick etc. They rarely are seen as anything but 'the good girl' and the 'bad girl' is always talked about and rarely seen. The 'bad girl' is generally more interesting than her goody-two-shoes conterpart. Look at Buffy and Faith.
