True Blood - 1x09 - Plaisir D'Amour

So, I don't know who on this list watches True Blood but 

I LOVE PAM!  

There, I said it.

I.  LOVE.  PAM

Seriously, I have developed the biggest girl!crush on her.  She's especially cute when she's all J Crewed out, and being a snarky bitch.  Mmm, Pam.  She gets some of the best lines too:

"You've got vampire in your cleavage" followed by her very slowly digging around in Sookie's bra before looking deeply into her eyes and saying, "I'm beginning to see why there's such a fuss about you."  Her absolute irritation with Ginger when she came into the room and ruined the moment with Sookie was awesome too.  "Sookie, Ginger.  Ginger, Sookie" all quick and irritated and shit. 

LOVE HER.

I ALSO LOVE TARA LIKE A FAT KID LOVES CAKE.  Yes, she has her issues, but Rutina Wesley does a fantastic job making Tara exceptionally sympathetic and I'm rooting for her (and Sam, I like them together)

Soo-kay and Vampire!Bill mostly bore me.

They really need to go something about Eric's hair.  Alexander Skarsgard (I love saying that last name, it's so much fun) is a very good looking man and there's no excuse for them making him look so yucky.

I love me some Lizzy Caplan, but I HATE AMY WITH THE WHITE HOT INTENSITY OF A THOUSAND SUNS!!!  Oh my god this character is vile.  She is a complete psychopath!  Hot, but crazy and her crazy ass has gots to go!

Also, the ending of this episode was comedy gold.

I love how she can be sexy in a whole completely other way. I mean the tight Fangtasia outfits are hot and all, but she really knows how to work her off-duty look too.

This. I love how she can be equally hot all "vamped out" and also in her like soccer mom, Reitman's attire. I find Soccer!Mom!Pam to be extremely cute.

Tyra Banks would be proud.

Not only is her wardrobe versatile but she's fierce as hale, too!

If I hadn't already been in love, that laugh would have sealed the deal.

I know *dreamy sigh* When she laughed again at Merlotte's I was like *double swoon* Two Pam!Giggles in one episode made me all tingly inside.

I really hope we get more of her next season.

Me too! I love this character. The fan response to her as been pretty much universally supportive as well. Pam is like the one character that I haven't seen any complaints about, so hopefully TPTB take note of this and increase her role.

I wanna be in Pam's vault.

That sounds dirty, sign me up!

P.S. Where did this Pam's vault thing come from? I've heard references to it before, but I can't remember the quote or episode that it came from.

I agree full heartily. Anyone who can pull that look off, is a keeper in my books. And you so make me want to get out my tape to re-watch her scenes just to hear her giggle.

Where did this Pam's vault thing come from?

It was from the episode where Pam first appeared. I believe the 4th episode. It's when Bill takes Sooooo-kay to Fangtasia for the first time. The way she asks, "Who's the doll?" in her first scene, ugh I'm a puddle. Anyway, later when Eric has them summoned, Pam says something along the lines of, "I never forget a pretty face. You're in my vault." But now that you mention it, that did come out sounding dirty.

I've downloaded this episode just so that I can hear Pam deliver that line, and this ( "I never forget a pretty face. You're in my vault.") one again, which I do remember now that you mention it. I remember my pants being happy when she said it.

But now that you mention it, that did come out sounding dirty.
