I understand your brains impulse to explode, but you must fight it. If your brain explodes you won't get to see the hotness that is Ashley Greene again, because you will have no head. And your eyes, live in your head. And your eyes are what let you see. So, you must not let your brain explode. Just let it melt a little, that way when it solidifies again later, you'll be right as rain.
