I do worry if this type of advertising will backfire. Contrary to popular (read Hollywood) belief - Sex Doesn't Always Sell.
I'm not terribly worried about it, because I almost think that this stuff is just aimed at people who are already on the Bitch Slap train and are like actively looking for this stuff. The trailer give a pretty good indication of what you're getting yourself into and that's what most people are going to see.
