anyone can get 'cleaned up' for a photo shoot. but they said they've often wanted to "hose him off because he smelled like a rotten goat" to steal a line from one of my favorite films: RocknRolla. so i'll never be a fan... although he does look like a chic pothead here instead of heroine/lsd-chic like he usually does...lol. however the what's w/ the weird mostly-naked chics-props?
He looks like a dirty bum most of the time, but there have been plenty of reports saying that he smells fine and the smelly rumors are just tabloid fodder so I won't hold the reports against him, unless I smell him coming from a mile off, lol.
Still, in pictures where he looks like he's bathed he can look quite dapper.

I don't know. All I can say is that they're really creeping me out. I guess they're there cause it's a men's magazine and only having the Pattz would be "gay" or something. but those models are not really appealing at all.
