I have to say Rizzoli & Isles really surprised me.  This episode really convinced me that they're straight.

JUST KIDDING!
They were extra super gay with sleepovers on top!  See ...

I'm running out of ways to express my feelings about how incredibly gay for each other these two are.  And what a big ol' lesbo Jane is in general.  Cause she really is a giant gay homosexual lesbian lady-lover.  And apparently a boob girl, but that's understandable cause Maura's dinners are fantastic.  Plus, Maura was so close Jane was practically motor-boating her and what's not to love in that scenario?

1.  Jane was totally acting like a boyfriend that had gotten dragged along to yoga class by her girlfriend.  Especially when she got that call and had an excuse to leave and was doing that couple-y "Maura!  Maura come on" thing.

2.  Maura was so freaking playful during that autopsy.  I just wanted to cuddle her right up especially when she made that jiffy lube joke.  Jane's "You are so literal" and her epic head tilt were also adorable.  And the eyelash fluttering.  And the fact that it worked.  And the fact that you know Maura manipulates Jane by withholding sex the same way Jane was manipulating Maura by holding out on dinner.

3.  I could listen to Jane tell cop stories all day.  So cute.  Also her cluelessness when Maura said that she had to go to the bathroom and asked Jane to join was adorable.  How is it that Maura Isles is more socially adept than Jane?  Actually, I'm sure Maura's gone to a butt load of dinners and politely excusing herself was one of the life skills she had to develop.  I love that Jane did obediently follow like a good GF when Maura was like "Yes you do" though.

Also, that speculative look Jane gave right after Maura said that sex prevented colds was OMGSOGAY.  It totally looked like she was thinking about sex with Maura though I doubt that's what Angie was trying to convey, lol.  Also, Maura's attitude towards sex and the fact that she carries a 'sex kit' in her purse is super hot.

I'm convinced that this scene was just Jane and Maura shopping around/interviewing a gay couple to hang out with, and Antonio Sabato Jr. was the one that Jane was suppose to play squash with and hang out with at parties.

4.  I am convinced the reason Maura seemed so amused when Jane whispered the word "Dildo" is because Maura knows that Jane is very familiar with the uses of them because Jane had demonstrated her skill first hand to Maura a number of times.  Also, "Yeah, the ice age women were using it for making sparks too"  Ad lib?  Y/Y?

5.  That scene with Maura going on and on and on about the flower/chocolate gift basket totally came off like her not so subtly trying to tell Jane what she likes, and that it would be nice if Jane spontaneously sent her something like that, you know, just because Jane was thinking about her.  And Jane not paying attention is what led to Maura letting out that "If he saw all sides of you he would lose interest" comment.  Jane hurt Maura with her indifference so Maura hurt Jane with her words, lol.

6.  Was I the only one who didn't think that Jane looked anything like the victim?  I mean both of them are pretty, white (though Angie is deliciously tan), slim with dark hair.  But facially they didn't really look at all alike.  Korsack and Frost being convinced that Jane loved the idea of hanging out in a lesbian bar was also stellar.

6.  EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN JANE'S BEDROOM.  Why the hell were they just hanging out in her bedroom?  It's not a dorm room, Jane has a real apartment.  She didn't go in there to get something.  They just walked in with wine and the dog and settled down.  This was the most coupley scene to ever couple on the coupliest day of the year.  Also, Jane doesn't strike me like a laptop person and the laptop was already at the site, which leads me type MAURA'S LAPTOP WAS JUST SITTING IN JANE'S BEDROOM?  WHAT?

And of course, Jane declaring that she "would be the guy".  HOT.  Maura was beating Jane on my scale of lust for most of this episode with her incredible hilariousness, but that line got Jane to deuce.

Also, I don't know how the writers expect us to believe that they just fell unexpectedly asleep next to each other, when there was a good twenty seconds of Jane fluffing her pillow and setting onto her side so that she could gaze at Maura more comfortably, while Maura closed her eyes and did everything to indicate she was ready for bed other than murmuring, "Night honey."

7.  Maura's little rant about dressing Jane being like dressing a "squirmy little six year old" was gold.  She was SUCH a girlfriend in that moment.  Also, the small smile Jane was wearing when Maura talked about her clothes and being in 'awe' was adorable and won her good GF brownie points.

8.  Frost's "she is creepin' me out" about Claire (aka hot chick in blue dress) cracked me up because it was the complete opposite of what I was thinking.  Claire was the first/only date that Jane seemed to actually take note of.  Of course she did get a little creepy at the end there, but for a little while Jane seemed plenty happy to be talking to her.

9.  WHY DOES JANE HAVE SO MUCH SWAG WHEN SHE'S HITTING ON CHICKS AND NO SWAG WHEN SHE'S ON DATES WITH DUDES?  Her ghey.  That flirting scene with Missy Pyle was pretty hot.  Too bad that neck kiss only existed so Jane could have saliva on a swabbable part of her body.  It's like the writers don't even care about the resolutions to the crimes of the week making sense.

Oh they are. They totally are. WE SEE YOU LADIES!

Also, Charlie Swan is making a guest appearance on the episode "See One, Do One, Teach One". I find this hilarious :)

Charlie Swan was in the pilot episode as well. Sans his mustache which I really think makes the man. Honestly, I only love Billy Burke when he's playing Charlie Swan. If it really was Charlie Swan, I might have actually shipped him with Jane for one episode, sadly his FBI character is not nearly as impressive as Charlie.

And we totally see them, we see them and we love it!
