I love Alex "Momming" herself with the "practice your English" before trying to save the mental projection of her younger self.

If only the actor playing Gustav had been hired to play Ryan. At least I could have enjoyed looking at this guy, and the character seems to have a sense of humor.
Oh, I wish I'd been paying more attention just now. I don't understand why Michael said roads led to Nikita that shouldn't led to her. But I'm pretty sure he's seeing connections between Nikita and Alex that are suspicious.

And it took Alex's subconscious so many loops to figure out who she was running from when Nikita in the conscious world already knew and was going to all lengths to save Alex from her future self. Nikita knows Alex better than Alex knows herself.
I think the Michael/Nikita kiss was suppose to be all hot but Lyndsy's eye rolling and delivery of "she's like a cancer" followed by the monotone "that's personal baggage" had be rolling in laughter for minutes. We feel ya Alex.

You know, I liked the idea of it being an older Alex, but it would have been fun if we'd gotten an evil spy!mommy. Polly Walker could use some work these days and isn't adverse to filming in Canada, Susanna Thompson could also use some work.

And Dr. Hot Pants guest-starring is a bonus, but I promise once you start watching you'll find the regular ladies of the cast are more than enough of an enticement. Seriously, Nikita/Alex is the new Cara/Kahlan (though it must be said that Legend of Seeker thus far was still the better show).

*sigh* I know. Though if this show continues in the trend of other recent kickass shows that I've loved with strong female characters and oodles of femslash, then the show will get two seasons that are amazing and wonderful and then it'll be canceled.

He researched it and found out the guy had ties to Nikita. Hence the comment about all roads leading to Nikita even when they shouldn't. Possibly another way he was able to find her place by the end of the episode.
I actually loved this episode. I'm surprised how it's improved. You're so right about Nikita is Alex's totem! Their love for each other knows no bounds, even imaginary ones.

I know, right. Oh, Alex's subconscious. I just love that she sees Nikita as such as superhero in her head that she gave Nikita a message like that. It made me 'aw' a little though, because it made me feel like Alex subconsciously feels like she might come second to Nikita's mission (while Nikita in the real world showed that she was willing to cripple herself financially and possibly but her task to bring Division down in jeopardy to save Alex).
