I am legitimately looking forward to this!

I am already damp in the panties for in love with Abby (Rachel Taylor).

I suspect/hope that the show will make it easy for me to ship Abby/Kate (I wanna get down with the swirl, ABC!)

I'm really hoping that this will partially fill in the Legend of the Seeker (and by Legend of the Seeker I mean, Cara/Kahlan) sized hole in my heart.  Like, I know it will not be Legend of the Seeker, and that these girls can never hope to match the majesty of Cara/Kahlan, but I want them to come really, really close ... and then for the internetz to explode with femslash as a result.

Also, I don't understand how Australian girls are so hot, but I'm so happy they are.  I just watched The Secret Circle preview and other than getting a kick out of seeing Natasha Henstridge, Brian Kinney and John Connor in the same preview the only thing that grabbed my attention was the Faye character, and of course after a quick visit to IMDB I learn the actress is Australian.  I don't get it, but whatever you're doing Australia, keep it up!

Minka's all yours, I call Rachel! Actually, usually Minka doesn't really register with me, but she looked pretty badass in this trailer. I think I'll enjoy her in this show. Rachel is still my sweet Australian sugar plumb though ;)

I really hope the main ladies will be as shippable as Alex/Nikita.

I too hope that they have a real bond with each other and therefore are as shippable as Nikita/Alex.

That being said, I love Nikita but it's so dark. I'm hoping this will fill that light-hearted 'girls kicking ass' space LoTS left in my heart.

Like I know LoTS dealt with some serious shit, but it was also really fun and fluffy a lot of the time.

Nikita is a badass show and Nikita, Alex and Amanda are wicked cool, but that show doesn't leave me with fluffy, happy feelings very often.

Can't wait for the pilot <3

I like Niki and Amanda, but Alex is my girl ... we're gonna have to fight for her!

I also really hope it will be a more light-hearted show... Though even the most light-hearted shows on earth (*coughGLEEcough*) tend to mess with my poor shipper heart...

Yeah, even light-hearted shows end up having heavy episodes/events in the characters lives, but usually the good guys come out on top and things resolve themselves in an episode or two. Unlike the endless angst train (not complaining, just saying) that Nikita is, so CA's will hopefully be a nice change of pace.
