You give me Alexis girl-on-girl action, complete with arm wrapped around back, but then you make the other girl Rebecca Gayheart! So deliciously cruel. I mean really, since Jordan was basically supposed to be a Bettyverse Zoe Bell, couldn't you have pulled a Tarantino and just hired Zoe Bell. That would have been hot. Plus we would have actually gotten to see the bridge jump instead of just a photoshoped picture of it! Still, don't think my complaining means I don't want to see anymore Alexis/Jordan, because I do, even with Rebecca Gayheart. Because its Rebecca Romijn kissing a girl again and that's hot.
(still would have been better if it was Rie Rasmussen. No closed mouth kissing with those two. *sigh* Best friends totally do it better)
Speaking of Alexis, I enjoyed that she was a bit more human this episode. I feel like Romijn has been most effective on the show when there's been a good balance between snark and heart with Alexis, and the heart has been missing the past few episodes. Her genuine concern for Jordan getting hurt was well played, along with the bitchier "you want to put pretty girls on the cover of a fashion magazine" snark at the beginning of the episode.
Marc and Amanda continue to rock my world. Best catty morally ambiguous BFFs ever! Marc gives the best tellings off. I'd totally want that 'mo in my corner. And Amanda revealing the coconut shell button jackets was sweet, sweet revenge. Marc's right sweetie, you're fabulous and you totally deserve better! And their zaney adventures at the end <3. I can't wait to see what Faye's secret dungeon reveals.
Daniel, Daniel, Daniel. *shakes head* Daniel really can't function for like 5 minutes without Betty around. I did feel for him when he walked in on Jordan and Alexis kissing though. I could totally feel his pain at being out done by Alexis again at a game she didn't even want to play as far he knows. Total douche-chill. Mabius really rocked that scene. And the last scene with Daniel, were those guys hired by Alexis or is there some other plot point to be introduced? Because I thought she was strictly gunning for Bradford.
Oh, Hilda. Love Hilda, though I was kind of bored by the Mexico storyline. Not enough Justin!!! I'm interested to see what's going to happen with Ignacio and that mysterious phone call from Hot!MexicanGuy (though, he's not hotter than Santos ... who I guess can be around again now that "Drive" has been cancelled).
Oh god, my eyes! "Brad" was very scary. Alan Dale is pretty smooth for an older guy and he rocks the suits, he was even kind of rocking the jeans and the leather jacket, but at the party my god. I know it was supposed to be hideous, but it was just one shock too many today, lol.
Very little Cristina, although when she was on screen we were graced with the hilarious "I've got a new hag ... or should that be haggis", lol.
So sad the season is almost over :(

That whole scene was hilarious. Daniel was so excited that I was waiting for him to wow them, and then the more he talked the more I was like "so, you propose to change ... nothing?" and then when Willi and Alexis were like "duh!" I was laughing my head off. Plus the high-five was cute, as was Daniel's glee at bungee jumping possibly pissing off Alexis.
He totally just falls apart. What's up with that? What did he do before Betty?

That's what I love about this show, is that they can manage to make you want to hug characters one second and then slap them the next. Everyone's so human despite the over the topness of the show.

But two things caught my eye. Zoe Bell! I'd tune in for her. (Which reminds me that all roads lead back to Xena.)
*sigh* Zoe Bell. So awesome. I knew she was Lucy's stunt double on Xena, but I'll admit that it wasn't until "Death Proof" that I fully realized how awesomely awesome Zoe is. Unfortunately she's not on the show, I just wish she had been since they had a pale imitation character.
And, gah, Rebecca Gayheart. You have my sympathy. (I'm having flashbacks to Earth2)
Awww, Earth 2. I remember loving that show so much. I've avoided reruns of it though because I get the feeling that it's one of those shows I loved because I was like 12 when it was on, and I thought Antonio Sabato Jr., Jessica Stern and Debroah Farantino were hot (which they were!)
Gayheart was somewhat okay looking back then, but she's turned into a monster. She's also really obnoxious and can't act. And she has beady eyes (petty, yes. True, also a yes!). Still, her hair colour is the same as Rie Rasmussen in Femme Fatale, so if they keep having her back facing the camera (good idea director guy!) during the making out then I'll just mentally substitue Rasmussen in for her and sit back and enjoy.

Rebecca is booblicious and everybody knows it, even Jordan, Ana Ortiz never disappoints as Hilda, and Becky Newton rocks Amanda's cleavage for all it's worth. Totally awesome!
