Everyone on the internet has already expressed how awesome and super gay "Desecrated" was, and what a dashing wooby Cara is and how perfect, and wonderful and gay the two of them are together. 

But for me, the best thing about the episode was Bridget Regan's arms!

In addition to Bridget Regan's arms, I'm also currently obsessed with Pretty Little Liars series by Sara Shepard.  

Synopsis:  (Book #1 Pretty Little Liars)  Everyone has something to hide—especially high school juniors Spencer, Aria, Emily, and Hanna.  Spencer covets her sister's boyfriend. I don't care that these books are like 150 pages long, are full of designer/brand name porn and were written for 13 year old girls.  They are my crack!

You're right, you totes can't see Bridget's face in the most amazing of the arm shots, and that footage actually showed that one of my favorite Bridget leg shots was Dayna too *kicking and screaming*

Damn you Hollywood! You've tricked me again!

Still the picture in the top right corner shows me that Bridget's arms are still pretty amazing, even if I no longer think she could crush a walnut with her hands, lol. And we all know the boob shots are pure Bridget so I suppose I will be able to survive this devastating blow ;)

Oh, Bridgie, she's so beautiful all over that I can let her not have the most amazing biceps in the show. Just this once. :P especially her voice *swoons as a proper fangirling theatre geek*
